The great thing about cooking meat like this is that it’s already cooked but you can freeze it or eat it that week. If by now you’re sick of it (this is day 4 and I can’t blame you!) then you could take the rest of the breasts that were cut from the carcass and freeze them in a ziploc bag for another day. Or, you could do what we did and have more friends over and eat turkey breast!
I heated up the turkey, cooked some potatoes and veggies and my second guests that week thought I’d slaved over a hot stove! Maybe they don’t know me well enough yet 😉
