Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Pudding
15oz pumpkin
12 oz evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 TBSP butter
1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
2 TSP vanilla
Whipped cream
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot except whipped cream
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours
- Top with whipped cream.

I love anything I can cook in my crock pot. Sounds yummy though I have never heard of Buttermilk baking mix. Guess I’ll have to look that one up!
This sounds delicious and I would love to try and make it but I’m not sure what a “buttermilk baking mix” is? Can you explain?
