Slow Cooker Thai Curry

Slow Cooker Thai Curry

Slow Cooker Thai Curry Recipe

Tim and I lived in Thailand for 3 years and LOVED it! We miss it still and really miss the food which is why I make quite a bit of it. Yellow curry, otherwise known in Thailand as “gengaree gai” is one of Tim’s favorites. Right now we’ve got football practice from 530-630 twice a week and so I decided I needed a quick slow cooker recipe that I could put on before we left and would be done by the time we came back so I made my Thai Chicken Curry recipe in the crock pot!

If you are looking for chicken recipes this is a great home recipe for Thai Chicken Curry. It is a recipe made with chicken and is made in your crock pot.

Enjoy 🙂
