- 1 ham bone with any uneaten ham
- 5 potatoes diced
- 2 cans cut green beans (don’t drain)
- 1 lb cooked bacon
- Put ham bone, potatoes, and green beans in crock.
- Fry bacon (I dump the grease in the crock pot too).
- Crumble bacon into pot.
- Season with garlic, season salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Peel ham from bone.
- Stir and serve.
