Slow Cooker Mondays: Crock Pot Artichoke Dip

One of my favorite dips of all time was from my sister in law Aimee and is this Artichoke Dip. It’s Slow Cooker Monday and I thought it would be fun to try it crock pot dips ready for Superbowl Sunday. I got out my Little Dipper and whipped this up and it was yummy with crackers. Thanks Aimee!

Slow Cooker Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of artichokes in marinade or not
  • 1 cup of dried Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain the artichokes and add all the ingredients to a small crock pot.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Cook for 2-3 hours before serving.
  4. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
