One of my favorite dips of all time was from my sister in law Aimee and is this Artichoke Dip. It’s Slow Cooker Monday and I thought it would be fun to try it crock pot dips ready for Superbowl Sunday. I got out my Little Dipper and whipped this up and it was yummy with crackers. Thanks Aimee!
Ingredients
- 1 jar of artichokes in marinade or not
- 1 cup of dried Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Drain the artichokes and add all the ingredients to a small crock pot.
- Stir well.
- Cook for 2-3 hours before serving.
- Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.

I am a crock-pot-a-holic! I will be returning for the recipes on Mondays. And this one looks easy enough for me. I love that dip and NEVER make it because I think it is just too complex!
