One month my Young Living oils were on promotion and I knew I was getting the oil of thyme so I decided to try a new recipe using it. I love cooking with oils as it’s nutritious and flavorful so I checked for thyme recipes and decided to make Slow Cooker lemon thyme chicken.
It’s an easy and flavorful one that is now high in calories, paleo and gluten free. Pair it with a nice vegetable or two and you’ve got yourself an easy healthy meal on a busy weeknight! Winner winner chicken dinner as my kids always say!
