If you’re looking for an easy way to make a weeknight meal then Campbell’s Skillet Sauces are a great invetntion. They come in 6 different flavors and all you have to do is add a protein or vegetable to each oine and you’re good to go!
We tried out the Thai Green Curry. After living in Thailand for 3 years I figured this was a good one to test and sure enough! It did taste like the real version. Full of lemongrass and basil, it was a little spicy for me (I’m a wimp!) but Hubby enjoyed it over rice. The great thing was it cooked in only 15 minutes. I put rice in the rice cooker at the same time and we had a yummy weeknight dinner.
All you do is heat oil in a skillet, cook the chicken/other meat until brown and then add the sauce and cook on low for 5 minutes.

- Cream Chipotle
- Thai Green Curry
- Toasted Sesame
- Fire Roasted Tomato
Although I loved the fact that these are low in calories, at 450mg they’re pretty high in sodium.
Overall though for a weeknight dinner at around $2.49 a a package, they’re a great thing to have on hand
