My Candy Bar Poem, Bridal Shower Poem and Baby Shower Poem have all proved pretty popular especially over on Pinterest so I came up with one for Mother’s Day for you to use as a Mothers Day Candy Bar Poem. It is an easy one with just 6 candy bars so it won’t cost a lot. The 5th Avenue is tricky to find and I eventually tracked it down at CVS so you may want to start there!

Large sheet of paper
100 grand
Spree
5th Avenue
Take 5
Whatchamacallit
3 Musketeers

The Mothers Day Candy Bar Poem

** Simply glue the bars onto the paper and use these words:

Mom, Wish we could give you 100 GRAND
For a shopping SPREE down 5th AVENUE.
Instead TAKE 5 and enjoy a WHATCHAMACALLIT
while thinking of your 3 MUSKETEERS.

I used a permanent marker to make a “4″ over the top of the 3 Musketeers bar.
