If you had no idea Menards had a rebate program or want to learn more first, check out my Menards 411 here.

What to do with all this free stuff from Menards?

* Donate paint brushes and other supplies to Habitat for Humanity.
* Collect tools and put them in a toolbox that you can give to your kids when they get older. It would make a great leaving house gift. (ie, your Dad isn’t just gonna come and fix it for you! LOL!)
* Give a bunch of free tools as a bridal shower gift (more to the groom!) or a house warmer.

  1. Smart Cents Mom says:

Menards has an unadvertised Free Item! The Crayola Hannah Montana Cut N Create set is free after a $5 rebate. Limit 10! I posted about it here:

    Great last minute Christmas gift!

  2. I'm confused about Menard's "rebates." I got a bunch of candles and some scotch tape that were free after rebate. I sent for the rebate and rather than getting a check, I got $20 to spend at Menard's. Is this how all of their rebates work? I prefer rebates where you just get the cash back.
