With the kids involved in various activities, sometimes you need just a quick supper or snack. Here is an easy Pizzaburger recipe.


2 lb. ground chuck
½ lb. pork sausage
16 oz. can pizza sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
shredded mozzarella cheese (3-4 cups)
English muffins or hamburger buns

  • Brown the meats together; add the pizza sauce and soup and stir until blended.
  • Spoon the meat mixture on the muffin or bun, open-faced. Top with cheese.
  • Bake in a 425 degree preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Makes about 24 open-faced sandwiches. (If you line your cookie sheet with tin foil, clean up is easy).
