Kim’s Peppermint Bark

My friend Kim made this awesome Peppermint Bark for teacher gifts. It’s beautiful looking, tasty, and easy on the wallet. Oh yes, and super easy so here ya go:

Peppermint Bark

  • 1 lb nestle premier white morsels
  • 1/2-3/4 cup crushed star lite mints
  • peppermint flavoring
  • green food coloring ( you could use red but i was out!!)

  1. Put white chocolate in double boiler and mix until nearly smooth then add peppermint flavoring mix and add in crushed mints.
  2. Put on jelly roll pan lined with wax paper and then to make it super easy if yours doesn't spread easily is to put another piece of wax paper on the top and roll with a rolling pin! (sometimes mine doesn't pour out of the pan so this trick works great!)]
  3. Use a blender to crush the there is a lot of fine peppermint candy then some "chunks"

Kim did the 2nd pound without the food coloring so it will look super pretty as a gift.

  1. […] always a fun gift and these make great hostess gifts too.  You could also do simple recipes like Peppermint Bark or Pretzel M&M Bites. Like it? Share it! Cancel […]
