Homemade Sweet Onion Salad Dressing

salad2

One of my favorite homemade salad dressings is my Mother in Law’s Homemade Sweet Onion Salad Dressing. Ya know those dressings that make you want to eat more salad? This is it! It’s got quite a strong onion taste so if you’re not as keen on onions, just use a little less than I did in the recipe.

Salads to Use With.

This ain’t the kind of thing you want to be splashing on your nice strawberry fields salad or anything else fruity but it worked great on my green salad and encouraged me to gobble down that kale.

Salad Dressing Notes

I poured mine into a mason jar where it thickened after a few hours. I’ll keep it in there for a month.

I used all natural ingredients I had on hand making sure that even my condiments only have natural or organic ingredients but I did wonder if this would taste good with honey too instead of brown sugar.
