Gluten Free Stuffing Balls Recipe for Thanksgiving

Gluten Free Stuffing Balls Recipe

Has your gluten free diet got you down and you need something yummy for Thanksgiving? If so this gluten free stuffing balls recipe is sure to please and is a unique twist on regular old stuffing. Years ago I was handed the recipe by a family friend but since going gluten free a few weeks ago I knew I had to modify it a little and add it to my Thanksgiving recipes.

It’s a unique mixture of nuts and cheese and because I’m eating gluten free I knew Mariano’s would have something to help me make this Thanksgiving recipe.  They’ve got a HUGE range of gluten free and wheat free items and these Schar Bread Crumbs were just $3.99 and I barely needed any.

One of my favorite things about Mariano’s is their food bar”S”. Yes, you read that right! Not just one little place to eat but a bunch of mini restaurants where you can take the whole family, all get what you want and eat together in the atrium.  Whenever I’m doing something for them I use it as an excuse to go eat dinner.  My kids are obsessed with their huge pizza slices and I love how they’re cheaper than a regular kids meal at a restaurant.  Plus….I can get the salmon meal for $6 and have two yummy sides with it!

While there check out the Fresh Holiday Meals they’ve got available to save you time and money – view the menu online!

So for my gluten free stuffing balls recipe we needed a few ingredients but I wanted to see what else Mariano’s had to help make your Thanksgiving gluten free and check out what I found! You’re drooling aren’t ya?!  These Salted Caramel Cupcakes from a gluten free bakery sound di-vine and are easy to grab and take to a Thanksgiving feast.

The selection of gluten free and wheat free items at Mariano’s is unsurpassed by any other store I’ve been in recently as I’m not on the lookout for gluten free items and deals and I knew I could get what I needed here.  I checked out the bread crumbs and look at all those choices! I’m a frugal gal so I opted for the cheapest ones – a brand named Schar that apparently are the best selling gluten free bread crumbs in Europe!  I’ve not seen them at any other store but Mariano’s.
