My favorite quicky meal that we have with salad and pots for dinner:
Sausage Biscuit Casserole
1 lb. breakfast sausage 1 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 eggs
1/2 c. bisquick
Oven temp 400. use a 9 in. pie plate or double the recipe and use a 9×13 glass dish. Brown sausage. Drain, and put in pie plate. (I put mine in a food processor to make it very fine, but to save time and dishes you don’t have to)
Add cheese. In a separate bowl stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Mmmm!
