Each week the real Mummy, AKA my Mum (who’s still in England with the rest of my fam) comes up with an authentic English recipe for us MDers to enjoy! We’re moving the day because starting next Tuesday I’ve got a super-exciting weekly section coming up! Curiousity piqued yet? You gotta wait! In the meantime go make some BURNSALL BANANA CRUNCH

8 OZ OATS
8 OZS SOFT BUTTER
8 OZS SUGAR
8 OZS Self Raising FLOUR
2 EGGS
2 SLICED BANANAS

  • Mix butter oats sugar and flour
  • Beat eggs and mix in well.
  • Grease bread tin
  • Spread half mixture in then cover with bananas
  • Add remaining mixture on top
  • Bake till golden brown in oven 375 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Leave to cool then cut into 16 pieces
