HALF POUND SUGAR
GRATED RIND AND JUICE OF 2 LEMONS
2 OZS BUTTER Line a dish with puff pastry

  • Beat eggs and stir in sugar and lemon rind and juice
  • Melt butter and pour into mixture
  • Put into dish and bake till risen at 375
