After a much needed break for the original Mummy (AKA My Mum!) she’s back for our recipe corner and has one of my all-time fave foods for us. Enjoy!!

SCOTCH EGGS

HARD BOILED EGGS
4 OZS SAUSAGEMEAT
BREADCRUMBS
1 EGG
Oil

Cover eggs in sausage meat
Dip in beaten egg
Roll
in breadcrumbs
Deep fry in oil until golden brown
Can be eaten hot or cold
