It’s football season and if you’re headed to a football party this Crock Pot Pizza Dip Recipe is a perfect one to take as it’s easy, filling and kid friendly.

It’s just a few simple ingredients and I found that cooking them in a pan first helped start the process. Then I add them to my Crock-Pot Mini Dipper and transport them where we’re going. Simply plug in, stir it and serve with either chips or the awesome Jimmy John’s $0.49 bread like I did. What? CHEAP Jimmy John’s? Yup read all about it!

You can avoid this step and simply add all the ingredients to the mini pot but if you’re wanting to take your crock pot pizza dip recipe with you quickly just melt the cheeses in the pan with the sauce and then transfer to another slow cooker to heat. That way the flavors will all combine in the slow cooker and you can leave it in there to serve it.

  • 2 jars of pizza sauce or pasta sauce
  • 8oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 8oz grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 TBS dried Parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBS oregano flakes
  • * Something to serve with like chips or bread rounds


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes in a pan until the cheese melts.
  2. Pour into your slow cooker or mini pot.
  3. Cover and heat on low for 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve with bread.
