So it’s hot outside but you still want dessert then why not make Crock Pot Pineapple Dump Cake? If u don’t want to turn your oven on or your oven is too full of other yummy stuff this Pineapple Dump Cake can easily be made in your slow cooker and is as delicious as if you made it in the oven. Don’t take my word for it though: We had some friends over to watch a World Cup game this weekend and they gobbled it up!

Crock Pot Pineapple Dump Cake


  • Box of yellow cake mix
  • 14.5oz can of pineapple pieces, drained
  • 2 sticks of butter, melted


  1. Once you've drained your pineapple and melted the butter this recipe is a breeze!
  2. Add the pineapple pieces into your crock pot.
  3. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top evenly.
  4. Add the melted butter and pour over the entire thing.
  5. Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours. It will be a little like cake consistency but not firm.
  6. Serve alone or with cream or ice cream.
