Thanks to Salli for this awesome Crock Pot Italian Chicken Recipe.
2 ½ lbs frozen chicken breasts
1 packet spaghetti sauce mix
14 ½ oz can diced tomatoes (when my tomato plants are producing tomatoes, I’ll dice up fresh toms from my garden!)
8oz can tomato sauce
Put chicken (frozen) in crockpot. Sprinkle with sauce mix, add tomatoes and sauce. Cover and cook on low 7 hours. Serve over pasta.
