Why Crock Pot French Toast Rocks!
I wanted an overnight breakfast recipe so Crock Pot French Toast was born. I love the idea of making breakfast or brunch but am not going to wake up at 4am to do it. With this french toast you make it the night before and then just place the pot in your slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on low. This serves 6-8 people.
The other thing about this is although there’s butter and sugar in it it’s got egg whites and uses honey instead of syrup (my new go-to!) as well as using low calorie bread. If you split it 6 ways each piece would be under 5 Weight Watchers Points Plus.
