Brookfield Zoo Free Days

The Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, IL is an awesome Chicago zoo and here’s a list of Brookfield Zoo free Days 2013. Please bookmark or pin it and return as I’ll keep updating! Zoo admission is free on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in January and February. Also Hamill Family Play Zoo is free through February. (Parking fees still apply on free days.)

The zoo is free to all on Tuesdays and Thursdays from October 1 through December 31 (not including any Holiday Magic dates).

Dinosaur Days at Brookfield Zoo Chicago

Dinosaurs Alive!, presented by Dominick’s, is returning to Brookfield Zoo, and it’s bigger and better than before. Beginning Saturday, April 6, guests to the zoo will be able to travel back to a time when animals larger than life ruled the Earth. Dinosaurs Alive! is $5 for adults and $3 for children and seniors over 65 in addition to regular zoo general admission of $15 for adults and $10.50 for children and seniors over 65. Children 2 and under are free.

Since the opening of Brookfield Zoo in 1934, the Society has had an international reputation for taking a cutting-edge role in animal care and conservation of the natural world. Among its historical firsts are indoor multispecies exhibits, zoo nutrition residencies, methods for animal husbandry, and medical care that includes successful brain surgery for a gorilla.

Please note: Indoor animal exhibits close one half hour before the zoo closes.

Advanced Ticket Sales:
Tickets can be purchased at the North and South Gates. You can also purchase zoo admission tickets online and print your tickets at home for easy entry.
