Yum, yum; apples and sweet potatoes during the summer not covered in sickly-sweet marshmallows! Sorry to be mean about a favorite Thanksgiving dish but this recipe is a little more healthy and a lot less sweet. Fire up the grill and grab the tongs!
Ingredients
- Ingredients for 4 People.
- 2 sweet potatoes cut into cubes
- 2 apples cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 slice of orange

- Fold the foil packet up on both sides and leave a gap in the top for air.
