How to make a Bacon & Egg Wreath

Remember those cute Cinnamon Roll Pops I made for my fancy brunch? Well sadly (very sad I know!) a girl cannot live by cake pops alone and so I had to make something else and enter the Bacon & Egg Wreath.

This Bacon & Egg Wreath is a simple recipe but looks great for brunch. Make the Bacon & Egg Wreath and wow your breakfast guests!

Bacon & Egg Wreath


  • Can of crescent rolls. The reduced fat, reduced sodium work just fine 😉
  • 5 large eggs
  • 8 pieces of turkey bacon
  • 1 cup of reduced fat grated cheese. I used cheddar.


  1. Scramble the eggs in a skillet.
  2. Cook the bacon. I used the microwave but a skillet is best.
  3. Open the crescent rolls and lay out in a sun shape with the tips facing out.
  4. First place a piece of cooked bacon on each roll.
  5. Then add a little cheese to each one.
  6. Next, some scrambled eggs.
  7. Finish off with the more cheese.
  8. Gently fold each tip in to the center until it all looks like a pumpkin.
  9. Top off with a little cheese.
  10. Cook for 17 minutes at 400.
