Don’t ya hate bathing suit shopping? It’s right up there with jean shopping as one of my least fave things to do but with swimsuit season here and a pool in my back yard it was time to get a back-up bathing suit. YAK!
As I’m not a fan of fad diets, I won’t be doing anything drastic but who wants to slim slow? I know with bathing suit season here most people are like me and wanna look good fast without it becoming a huge diet. I dislike 100 calorie snacks because I think you can just prepare your own snacks and it’s cheaper? Well, last year I found 12 great ideas for 100 calorie snacks that are frugal and (some) healthy and fit right into the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan so there will be no excuses not to grab that bathing suit and enjoy summer!
- 1 small orange
- 15 mini carrots
- 3 TBS raisins
- 6 reduced fat Triscuits
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup watermelon
- 13 animal crackers
- 3/4 oz cheddar cheese
- 2 Twizzlers
- 7/8 cup cheerios
- 2/3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cheese stick and 5 slices ham
